Regeneration.
Dance professionals are exposed to heavy physical stress. Exhaustion leads to a lack of concentration – there is a higher risk of injury. This requires therapeutic measures that accelerate the recovery process, e.g. relaxation through manual massages, water therapy and heat application.
Prevention.

Preventive measures include raising awareness of poor posture through therapeutic ballet training and supplementary advanced training for individual task management of dance roles.

Therapeutic measures include: Targeted rehabilitation training after trauma – all techniques of physiotherapeutic treatment are available here.
