Rates and payment terms
We will submit the claim directly to your health insurer. Treatments that we cannot claim from the health insurer will be charged to you. This happens, for example, when you are not (sufficiently) additionally insured. These invoices are sent once a month.

Payment term
We use a payment term of 14 days for our invoices. If payment is not made, you will be in default as of the 15th day after the invoice date. We are entitled to charge administration costs if payment is not made for more than 14 days.

Cancellation and treatment
When treatments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, we charge the reserved time to the patient and apply a no-show rate of 75%. Outside office hours and on weekends, you can leave a message on our answering machine. We ask you to limit the cancellation as much as possible. The agendas are mostly fully booked. It is sometimes very difficult to make a suitable replacement appointment.

A missed appointment will not be reimbursed by the insurer; You will receive an invoice from us for this.
