About

Good nutrition is important for everyone. In order to function optimally and enjoy life, a good basic diet is essential. But, what is good nutrition? Everyone has an opinion about nutrition these days and the trends and hypes are flying around your ears. I have been doing research myself for years and with a background in the professional dance and ballet world, the choice for the Nutrition and Dietetics course was quickly made. As an athlete, you notice better than anyone what nutrition can do for your health, performance and sports pleasure!

.

Everyone is unique, what works for one person may not work for another. How do you feel about your body, what does it need and when, how does the food you have eaten fit? In other words: learn to listen to your body and use your common sense. This sounds simple, but is often damn difficult. Lifestyle change is not about a week, rather about months and sometimes years, but then it also benefits you. In addition, the food (food) industry does not make it easy for us either! From advertisements, clever marketing tricks and the use of social media to the layout of shelves in a supermarket. As is often the case with business, the food industry prefers to make a lot of money. On the backs of the consumer, because they don’t always have our health interests at heart. I do and I am happy to help you and/or your team!
