Cancellation Policy
Canceling a physical therapy appointment with less than 24 hours notice is subject to
a $100.00 late cancellation fee that cannot be applied toward your deductible or billed
to your insurance company.
Hours of Operation
Office Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Special Arrangements: We offer on-site and in-home physical therapy for touring musical
theater and dance companies, television and film, and private clientele.
