About
Francesca has been a dancer since the age of 7 and completed a BSc in Food Science, an MSc in Human Nutrition at the London Metropolitan University and a PGCert in Applied Sports Nutrition at St Mary’s University.
She has completed a placement at the English National Ballet School and delivered educational webinars at the UK Ballet Theatre School and to the Diploma Teaching programme at the Royal Ballet School. Francesca works as a freelancer, providing nutrition support to young swimmers, fencers and dancers using 1-2-1 consultations, recipe cards, meal plans and tailored resources.
Francesca’s consultations are done online or in person in London.
