IMPROVISATION PRACTICE
About
Opened for dance lovers of any level and background, this class is created to inspire and ensoul. You will get specific dance improvisation tools for your personal practice or choreography creation. Background in contemporary dance is desirable, but not required.
I invite you to join me for a special IMPROVISATION PRACTICE hour in Paris. It’s a guided movement session for your body and soul where we will work together on tasks that help:
– to develop the skill of entering the creative flow;
– to expand dance vocabulary;
– to work on movement quality improvement;
– to rid of clamps and patterns.
ALL LEVELS and styles are welcome. Let’s move, enjoy, explore, and generate the energy of life together!
