With a solid focus on dance education, a versatile Company of professional dancers and a growing repertoire, NBT stands as one of the oldest performing arts organizations in the state and one of the city’s most beloved community treasures. With an eye on the future, and a reverence for its past, NBT looks beyond its 50th Anniversary to the continuation of presenting outstanding professional ballet and dance productions to the Las Vegas community.

The cultural legacy of Nevada Ballet Theatre is a testament to the unique vision and creativity of those who came before us. For five decades, NBT has flourished thanks to a caring and compassionate community, patrons who believed in the power of dance, and a devoted Board of Trustees; and with the utmost gratitude, we recognize the spirited leadership of our Co-Founder and Board Co-Chair Nancy Houssels, who remains at the heart of this cherished cultural institution.
